This is inside the statue of liberty. there were soo many dang stairs. i was out of breath climbing all of them. anyways, while i was walking/crawling up the stairs I was doing work. work=change in KE. my initial KE at the bottom of a flight of stairs was zero since I was not moving. my final KE while walking was equal to (1/2)mvsquared. i also had power (Power=work/time) I definitely had a little power because I took so long to do the work of walking up the stairs. My time would be a very large number in comparison with my work output, making the denominator really big-->small amount of power. never walking those stairs again. look at statue of liberty from the ground.
