During Homecoming, Tyler Greenhill thought he was a superhero for some reason. In the hall, he pretended that he was flying and bumped into me as I was walking to class. Since Tyler and I both had momentum before he pushed me, I saw the conservation of momentum in action. Tyler came jogging at me and a given velocity. After he hit me, he slowed down. I was moving at a moderate pace, but after Tyler's large body hit me, I sped up as I stumbled forward. So: M(Tyler)Vi(Tyler)+M(Kate)Vi(Kate)=M(Tyler)Vf(Tyler)+M(Kate)Vf(Kate). Tyler and I underwent a bouncy collision, since we did not stick together. Some KE was probably changed into thermal energy, making this collision an inelastic collision; Final KE a little less than initial KE. Momentum even in the hallways! My friends and I are better super heros than Tyler and his weak cape:
