These are my bffs. we are wearing these balloon hats from senor frogs. chrissy, the sista on the right throwing the shaka, has a hat with a unstable center of mass. the hat is unstable and therefore continued to tilt and fall when it was on her head and on the table because it is really tall compared to everyone else's hats. most of the mass is toward the base by chrissy's head. the center of mass must have been sometimes over the area of the center of mass because the base was not able to support the weight of the twisted part of the balloon. ching's (the pointer in blue) hat had a stable CM because it had a wide base that had a big enough area so that the CM would fall within it.
